Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Dip boxes, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
